- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and black pepper to create a glaze.
- Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut-side down.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to cover it evenly.
- Cook the ham in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, brush the remaining glaze over the ham.
- Continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Once done, remove the ham from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can use a spiral-sliced ham for easier serving.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your ham; larger hams may require more time.
- For extra caramelization, you can briefly increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) in the last few minutes of cooking.
