Quick and easy air fryer garlic bread that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for any meal!
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the buttered bread.
- Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before slicing into pieces and serving.
Notes
- Adjust the garlic amount to taste if you prefer a milder flavor.
- For a twist, try adding herbs like oregano or basil to the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
