- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, diced onion, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set in the center and lightly golden on top.
- Remove the frittata from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, and enjoy!
