Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, diced onion, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set in the center and lightly golden on top.
