- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add in the diced bell peppers, onions, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Spray a round baking dish that fits in your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
