- 1 cup dill pickle slices, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Pat pickles dry to help the coating stick better.
- For extra crispiness, spray the pickles lightly with oil before air frying.
