Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
  4. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dredge each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
