- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil spray.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and spoon marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each breast.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra marinara sauce on the side.

- You can use store-bought breadcrumbs or make your own from stale bread.
