Crispy and healthy air fryer chips made with minimal oil, perfect for a snack or side dish.

- 2 large Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Optional seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy chips, soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes before drying and air frying.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your potato slices and the desired level of crispiness.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings to suit your taste.
