Ingredients

  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

  • to taste Optional seasonings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy chips, soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes before drying and air frying.
