- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
- Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the seasoning to your taste. Feel free to add more spices or herbs if desired.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
