- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and any optional herbs.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken tenders are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
