  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side up, without overcrowding.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
