- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side up, without overcrowding.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
