Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Take a cheese stick, dip it in the flour, then the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all cheese sticks.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the cheese sticks in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
  6. Spray the tops of the cheese sticks lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
