Description

Crispy and delicious air fryer Brussels sprouts that are quick and easy to make. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (Trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (For drizzling)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (To taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper (To taste)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and browned.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
