Crispy and delicious air fryer Brussels sprouts that are quick and easy to make. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection!
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (Trimmed and halved)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (For drizzling)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper (To taste)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
