  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
