Crispy and delicious air fryer Brussels sprouts, seasoned to perfection. A quick and easy side dish that pairs well with any meal.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the Brussels sprouts lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings such as balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, or herbs.
