- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove the brownies from the air fryer and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size and model of your air fryer.
- For extra fudginess, do not overbake.
