Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Remove the brownies from the air fryer and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the size and model of your air fryer.
  • For extra fudginess, do not overbake.
  • You can add nuts or additional chocolate chips for extra flavor.
