Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
  5. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
