- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
