Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- After the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into a loaf.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Place the shaped loaf in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry the bread for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in herbs or cheese into the dough.
- Make sure to check the bread a few minutes before the end of the cooking time to prevent over-browning.
