- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a towel.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through, until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve warm.
