- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a large serving dish, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom.
- Layer the guacamole over the refried beans.
- Spread the sour cream on top of the guacamole.
- Pour the salsa evenly over the sour cream layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the salsa.
- Add the diced tomatoes as the next layer.
- Top with sliced black olives and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
- Can be made a few hours in advance, just cover and refrigerate until serving.
