Description
These patriotic fruit popsicles are a fun and healthy dessert option for kids on the 4th of July. Made with layers of strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt, they’re not only delicious but also colorful and festive!
Ingredients

- 2 cups Fresh strawberries
- 2 cups Fresh blueberries
- 2 cups Plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- to taste Honey (optional)
- as needed Popsicle molds
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth. If desired, add honey for sweetness.
- In another bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or vanilla if using.
- Layer the ingredients in the popsicle molds: start with a layer of strawberry puree, then a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of blueberries. Repeat the layers until the molds are full.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully frozen.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds until they easily slide out.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the festive colors!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute other fruits like raspberries or blackberries for variations.
- These popsicles can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for a cool treat on a hot day.
