- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 to 2.5 hours, turning occasionally.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix the barbecue sauce with apple cider vinegar and brush it onto the ribs every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are tender and the sauce is caramelized, remove them from the grill.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
