  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 to 2.5 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix the barbecue sauce with apple cider vinegar and brush it onto the ribs every 10 minutes.
  6. Once the ribs are tender and the sauce is caramelized, remove them from the grill.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
