- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and salsa.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the cheese sauce.
- Serve hot.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a faster option.
- Adjust spice level with more or less taco seasoning.
