Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat shrimp in beaten egg, then dredge in cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain shrimp on paper towels.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
