Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat shrimp in beaten egg, then dredge in cornstarch mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain shrimp on paper towels.
  6. Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  7. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
